DESCRIPTION:YCSA Secures National Funding to Strengthen Support for Young People 2025 \nYouth Community Support Agency (YCSA is pleased to announce that it has secured significant funding from national and local funders to support its work with young people from BME and refugee communities. \nRecent funding awards include support from the Robertson Trust\, the National Lottery\, and Glasgow City Council. This funding will enable YCSA to continue and expand key services focused on youth wellbeing\, mental health and community support over the coming years. \nThe funding will assist the organisation to launch their service Canvas of Hope-Healing Through Creativity which will be available to families and young people from BME and asylum seeker and refugees. \nThis investment strengthens YCSA’s long term sustainability and ensures that young people continue to have access to safe\, trusted and culturally informed support. YCSA would like to thank all funders for their confidence in the organisation and its work.

DESCRIPTION:YCSA Hosts Successful Community Fireworks Event in Glasgow- 5th of November 2025 \nYouth Community Support Agency (YCSA) recently hosted a successful community fireworks event\, bringing together young people\, families and local residents for an evening of celebration and connection.The event provided a safe and inclusive space for children and young people from the diverse community within Polloksheilds to come together\, enjoy the festivities and strengthen a sense of belonging within the local community. \nThe event was attended by approximately 600 people of all ages.Community events like this play an important role in promoting wellbeing\, social connection and positive experiences for young people. YCSA is grateful to all staff\, volunteers and partners who helped make the event such a success and supported a memorable evening for local families.
